Welcome to Cote d'Azur - a 3,300sq.ft., 3-storey cottage on Little Otter Lake that sleeps up to 8 maximum people. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed and 3 piece ensuite. The main floor also has a two piece powder room. The upper level has two spacious bedrooms; both with queen beds. The lower level bedroom has 2 twins
The upper level has a 4 piece washroom, as well as a sitting area for quiet reading or relaxing. The main floor has a dining-cum-living area. The dining table has 6 chairs and in addition has two chairs for the breakfast bar. The lower level has a bedroom with two twin beds. The games-cum-family room is also on the lower level. A custom made wooden bar completes the space. Step outside the living room onto a 300 sq.ft. covered deck for relaxing. So even if it rains, you can still enjoy the outdoors. A BBQ with propane cylinder completes the set up. You can also enjoy beautiful views from the stone patio on the walk out basement. The cottage has over 140 ft. waterfront and a small sandy area.
Appliances available: Fridge, oven, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, dish washer and washer/dryer. There is NO internet. We suggest if you need access to the internet that you get a Rocket Stick from The Source for access for your devices. We provide satellite TV with a sports package for your enjoyment.
From the elevated level, you can walk down the stairs to the lake area. Wade into the water from the dock end. It gets deeper within a short distance, ideal for expert swimmers. In addition, there is a canoe, paddle boat, paddle board and water mat for you to enjoy on the water.
Little Otter Lake with access to Otter Lake offers expansive boating. Don't feel like driving, just boat into town for dinner at the restaurant in Tapattoo Resort. There is a Marina on the lake for your boating needs and the lake is abundant with lake trout and small mouth bass. The nearest town is Parry Sound. Feel like a round of Golf? Parry Sound has prestigious golf courses.
