The two lakes provide deep clean water with lots of boating and fishing opportunities. With 15 acres and 1700 feet of shoreline this facility provides the ultimate in privacy. The home is high end all the way with heated slate floors throughout, Jennair appliances, on-demand propane water heater and much, much more. This facility comfortably accommodates 13 in four large bedrooms. Classic wood burning airtight fireplaces provide ambience in both the dining room and living room, while screened in porches service each of the master bedroom and the dining/kitchen area. Three full baths are also provided for your convenience. The rec room boasts a billiard table, shuffleboard table, HD projector with 13' screen with surround sound and a unique ceiling which charts the galaxies when the lights are turned out. An exterior weight and exercise room will help keep you in shape during your stay. A canoe, 14 ft aluminum rowboat/fishing boat with oars, and a paddle boat are part of the package. This facility provides all the elements necessary for the perfect holiday. For the winter renters, heated floors and a hot tub create a warm winter getaway, along with great snowmobiling, with main groomed trails nearby.
This facility rents Sunday 5 PM to Friday 5 PM during the high season, and by the full week or parts thereof during the remainder of the year. Smokers are welcome to use the screened in porches and responsible pet owners are permitted to bring their pooch.
