This beautiful executive year-round home is a custom-built post and beam beauty with large windows to the lake from both levels. It sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms plus a study with pullout sofa in front of the airtight fireplace and second flat screen satellite TV. Miskwabi Lake is one of the most sought-after lakes in the Haliburton area. This large lake is deep and clean, and is part of a two-lake chain with Long Lake, stretching for seven km. The lake is stocked by the Ministry. The property has 200 feet of shoreline with both a deep section for dock and boating as well as a shallow sandy beach area with gradual entry suitable for small children and wading. The guest bathroom on the lower level is very large with a walk-in shower. Throughout the home, including the bathrooms, are upscale fittings. Renters must bring their own linen and towels. The kitchen is gourmet quality with propane stove, exhaust fan, bar, bar sink, dishwasher, oversized fridge, and an island with seating. There is a screened-in porch off the kitchen. The laundry room has a high-efficiency washer and dryer, and a deep sink. Enjoy the wide exterior deck with its child-safe feature, and propane BBQ.
