This wonderful four bedroom, two bath home is located on a very large private lot in a very quiet cul de sac in the Lochmoor Estates golf course community of North Fort Myers. It has a very large heated pool, large enough to do laps, a spacious private fenced dog run, and backs on to a former golf fairway that is mowed and maintained…so tons of privacy. A 40 minute drive to the beach, a ten minute walk from the Lochmoor Marina, and only a few minutes drive to numerous golf courses.
It is equipped with WiFi and internet television that has an amazing number of channels world wide, including all the major networks around the world. This wonderful development was built in the early 1970s and has been meticulously maintained with manicured lawns, wonderful gardens, a spacious dog run, and a fantastic group of caring and friendly neighbours. It is centrally located approximately an hour from Naples and Alligator Alley, three hours from Miami and the Keys, and three hours from Orlando and the Disneyworld complex. Direct flights from Toronto to Fort Myers.
Fully furnished with comfortable furniture and beds, this home is fully equipped with new appliances including washer and dryer, two large refrigerators, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and a full complement of kitchen appliances and dinnerware to service up to 12 place settings. Four bicycles are also provided for you pleasure, along with beach chairs and umbrella and coolers should you with to visit any of the wonderful beaches in the area.
Bed configuration is one king, two queen and a double/single bunk, all with very comfortable mattresses.
