A beautiful custom built, five bedroom, three bathroom cottage retreat is available in Haliburton, Ontario’s famous cottage-country known for its stunning scenery and local artists. This attractive lake-front cottage boasts privacy and is situated on Redstone Lake, approximately 12 kilometers away from the nearest town of West Guilford. The open-concept kitchen/living/dining room boasts a 180 degree view of the lake. The living room has a TV/VCR/DVD and wood-burning fireplace and the dining room seats up to 12 guests. Just off the dining room is the upper-level deck that provides a magnificent view of Redstone Lake and has an additional dining and barbeque area. A screened-in porch extends around from the upper-deck where there is an entrance to the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee-maker, and a filtered water cooler. The five bedrooms sleep up to 11 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a separate 3 piece en suite. There are two additional bedrooms on the upper level as well as a bathroom. The lower level contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate games room that comes with a billiard table, TV/VCR/DVD and a PlayStation. The sliding doors from the lower level lead to the lower-level deck where a hot tub is available to relax in after a day of swimming or boating, or snowmobiling on the near-by Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Reserve snow trails, or skiing/snowboarding at Sir Sam’s Ski Resort.
This cottage is well-equipped with all of the amenities from home, including Bell ExpressVu, and a washer and dryer. In the summertime, the cottage also comes equipped with 2 kayaks, canoe and 14' aluminum rowboat.
