The living room opens to the 2nd floor pine beam ceiling and loft and is equipped with home theatre TV, Star choice satellite, DVD and VCR. If the nights get chilly a wood burning air-tight fireplace will warm things up and provide beautiful ambiance! An open kitchen with island stove top and prep area is fully equipped to feed a large crowd - a large dining room table seats 10 comfortably. The main floor walks out onto a large wrap-around 2 level deck offering a large sweeping view of paradise! Also on the main floor is the large master bedroom, connecting full bathroom and a small guest bedroom (twin bed). The laundry machine and drier is neatly tucked into the garage. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twins and another with a queen. The loft has a pull-out couch, TV and games area. There are 3 decks, all having there own view and elevation so you can follow the sun all day! All are furnished with a variety of tables, chairs and loungers. Sandy water walk-out or deep diving off a large L shaped dock system provides flexibility for children, adults and room for 2 boats. Comes with 2 small kayak style boats (Jitterbugs), lots of water toys (life jackets are NOT provided, renters must provide their own). 2 Fire pit (top and down at the water) and fire place on the upper deck.
