This 3200 sq foot magnificent waterfront home is a knock out! Newly built luxury Viceroy at the end of a 5km road. The cottage has a huge cedar wrap around deck with Weber BBQ, lots of seating and stairs leading to a rock firepit. There is a children's room with beautiful wood bunkbeds. The all maple kitchen has a smoke free wood stove and is fully equipped with black appliances including smooth top convection range, super large fridge, dishwasher and extra bar fridge. Everything that you would expect at home - 4 slice toaster, blender coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, wine glasses and dish service for 20 people. There is a laundry room on main floor. The shaded screened porch goes out to the cedar deck and has cathedral ceilings, a concrete floor with table and chairs for intimate dining and a rocking chair for relaxing. The great room has a sofa and two Carribean style leather chairs with ottomans beside two wood/iron games end tables with copper boards. There is Satelite TV, VCR, cd player and radio. The lower level has huge windows and two other living spaces. Second family room is complete with leather sofa and loveseat and two cozy chairs with table and has a funky marble floors which are great for dancing. There is another living room with two love seats and a table with chairs and four huge windows with forest views. There are lots of separate living areas to have private time in this home . There is a hammock in the Hemlock forest and rock steps leading to the huge cedar dock. There is a boat launch in town which is about 7kms away. The water is shallow (3 1/2'-4') and sandy - great for swimming. A canoe and paddles are provided for your use as well as 2 adult life jackets and one children's lifejacket. Rental fees Availability |
