Lakefront Luxury
With 230 feet of lake frontage, Moose Lodge boasts a prime location for soaking in the beauty of nature. The north-west facing cottage ensures peaceful mornings and breathtaking summer sunsets. Overlooking the lake is a large deck featuring plenty of moments for you to spend outdoors, with 2 BBQs, a patio table, a separate sitting/lounging area, and a bistro set for 2 to kick back and relax.
The spring-fed waters of Growler Lake are perfect for fishing enthusiasts, with opportunities to reel in smallmouth bass and lake trout. Explore the tranquil waters with complimentary canoes and paddleboards, providing a gateway to relaxation and adventure. The shoreline is deep water off the dock and natural rocky shoreline. There is no boat launch as this lake does not allow personal watercraft such as, but not limited to, jet skis or Sea-doos.
Renters must provide their own life jackets, they are not provided by the cottage owners due to liability reasons.
Comfortable Accommodations
Moose Lodge offers spacious accommodations for up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. The cottage features a thoughtfully designed interior, blending rustic charm with modern amenities. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub overlooking lush greenery.
Guests can indulge in the other four bedrooms, one with a king bed (with an ensuite with a walk-in shower), one with a queen bed (with an ensuite with a walk-in shower), one with a double bed, and one with a double-over-double bunk beds, ensuring restful nights for everyone. A powder room is also available, providing convenience and privacy with a total of three-and-a-half bathrooms.
Please note that guests must provide their own linens, pillowcases, and towels (both personal and beach).
Modern Amenities
The heart of Moose Lodge is its open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a center island complete with seating is perfect for culinary creativity and social gatherings. Enjoy panoramic views of the lake from the formal dining area, comfortably seating 8-10 guests. Renter Considerations
1. If renters are bringing their own watercrafts (canoes, kayaks, etc.), they MUST BE POWER WASHED prior to putting them in the lake. This is to prevent the spread of invasive species to our lake such as the Spiny Water Flea, which has successfully invaded many lakes in our direct vicinity. Since the danger to our lake is very real, and to ensure that our lake remains uninfected, if you are bringing your own watercrafts (canoes, kayaks, etc.), as a responsible renter you MUST:
Wash all watercraft thoroughly with the hose and water provided at the cottage, even if previously done elsewhere.
Ensure that all bilge water is thoroughly drained from your watercraft far away from the lake prior to launch.
2. Please note that all noise carries daily across our lake. (i.e. music on dock). There is an outside noise restriction of 11pm sharp. All renters are expected to respect the noise restriction and ensure that all outdoor noises are quieted prior to 11pm.

We had a wonderful time last week at Moose Lodge. The house was perfect for our family. Growler Lake is beautiful, offering privacy, quiet, rugged beauty, and great bass fishing. We had some great walks around the lake, had lots of fun photographing mushrooms, and met several friendly homeowners.
