This rental property is an executive/family 4000sq.ft. cottage on Little Redstone Lake, with a southern exposure. It is a semi private treed property backing onto a paved road which is accessible year round.
There is a 130’ shoreline, with a dock and deck, horseshoe pit, and sandbox for kids. Canoe and paddle boat available, clear clean water which boasts excellent trout and bass fishing. Neighbouring lakes offer muskie and walleye (maps available if you're interested). The main level is open concept and is very spacious. The dining table sits 10-12 people comfortably, with a modern fully equipped kitchen. The great room overlooks the lake and is situated around a stone fireplace with recliners and sofa. A TV with Bell ExpressVu system and DVD player are included. Lower level boasts a walkout to the lake, a games room with a pool table, foosball table, and darts. There is a laundry room and a deep freezer located on the lower level as well. Four bedrooms, two on main floor – one with queen bed, one with two twin beds – both have access to wheelchair-accessible three-piece bathroom. One bedroom on lower level has queen bed and private three-piece bathroom. Master bedroom features an ensuite with Jacuzzi and queen bed plus a walkout to a screened-in year round sunroom overlooking the lake. There are also a CSA approved baby crib should you require one.
