This rental property is a beautiful 2,500 sq. ft. cabin with bunkie on Pelaw Lake with southern exposure. Pelaw Lake is part of a nine mile long, three lake chain which includes Little and Big Redstone Lakes. It is a private treed property backing onto a paved municipal road, accessible year round. There is a 160-foot sandy beach shoreline with a large dock overlooking a clean, quiet bay, and a canoe is provided. The large front lawn has plenty of room for all lawn sports including horseshoes and there is a relaxing hammock strung between two large hemlocks.
The main floor of the cabin contains a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a three piece bathroom, a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dining room for 10 and a lovely living-room with an air-tight wood burning fireplace and TV with Starchoice satellite, VCR and DVD. The upper level contains a loft with a small library including plenty of games and a double size bed-chesterfield and rocking chair. As well, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in closet and 2 piece bathroom. The lower level contains 1 large bedroom with 2 sets of double-single bunk beds, a 3 piece bathroom, washer and dryer and a large refrigerator. Outside, on the front of the cabin, is a large 12’ x 40’ deck overlooking the front lawn, the beautiful rock garden and flowers. The bunkie contains two sets of bunk beds, an environmental toilet, a small bar fridge, lots of books and a lounge chair on the main floor. In the loft is a comfortable double sized bed. Smokers: There are plenty of outdoor chairs and lots of butt-cans available.
